Legal motions regarding ediscovery tend to be pretty dry, so
when I saw references in a May 6th ediscovery motion citing “lame excuses,”
“obfuscations,” “malfeasance,” “misfeasance,” and “a glaring ethical
violation,” my interest was piqued. Little doubt that this ediscovery motion
