Well, fret no more! TimeSolv’s powerful Outlook integration lets you do just that. This week’s tip focuses on setting up this time-saving integration in a few easy steps. 

Let’s dive into the simple steps to connect TimeSolv and Outlook:

  1. Find the Integration Settings: In TimeSolv, navigate to Account > Integrations > Office 365. 
  2. Grab the Magic URL: You’ll find a unique URL on this page. Copy it and paste it into a new tab in your browser. 
  3. Save the URL: The next step depends on your browser. If you’re using Chrome, click the three dots in the top right corner and select Save and Share > Save Page As. For Edge, click the three dots and choose More Tools > Save Page As. Safari users, right-click on the page and select Save Page As. 
  4. Save as an XML File: When saving the page, ensure you change the file format to .xml. Give it a descriptive name and save it in a location you’ll easily remember. 
  5. Log In to Outlook: Head over to outlook.office365.com and log in to your Outlook account. 
  6. Add the TimeSolv Add-In: Click on the link provided to add a new add-in/app. This will open a new window where you can enter the add-in. 
  7. Find the Custom Add-In Option: In the Add-Ins window, click on My add-ins. Scroll down and select Add a custom add-in > Add from File. 
  8. Open the Saved XML File: Locate and select the .xml file you saved earlier. Click Open. 

You’ve successfully installed the TimeSolv add-in into your Outlook! This add-in is accessible both through the web interface and your desktop Outlook application. Now, whenever you’re working on an email, simply click on the three dots at the top, select Apps, and choose TimeSolv.
